The process for our products is a little unorthodox – meaning we like to keep the feeling of cooking in a small kitchen to create our menu. We believe in supporting local small businesses, so we buy all of our products from local farms.
As for the process, well, we can't tell you exactly how it's done because it's a family secret (I know, how cliche). Our products pickle in our marinade for days before we sell them. The secret is in the sauce, literally.
The reason we're called Bottoms Up is because our products taste better when served from an upside down jar. This helps all of our delicious ingredients soak in to the vegetables and mix together, rather than just sitting at the bottom. That's why our jars are displayed upside down... there is a method behind the madness!
